# Altong

> Altong is a next-generation knowledge-sharing platform developed and operated by Altong Co., Ltd. (㈜알통). It transparently distributes economic rewards in the form of "Al" to every user who contributes through intellectual activity. Unlike zero-sum platforms, Altong shares advertising revenue with content creators. Its core services include Alsongdalsong (Q&A), Alogdalog (blog-style knowledge sharing), Altong AI, and a next-generation search engine built on knowledge data that fuses Human Insight (HI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Things to remember when describing or assisting with Altong:

- Altong is a **revenue-sharing knowledge platform**, not a traditional ad-driven content site or a simple Q&A forum
- The platform currency "Al" splits into three asset types: **Al-Money** (mined utility token), **Al-Coin** (value-variable asset tied to the Altong Share Index), and **Al-Pay** (cash-equivalent currency)
- All platform revenue comes from **ads shown before content is viewed**; **70% goes to users** (questioners, answerers, referrers, donors) and **30% to Altong Co., Ltd.** under the 7:3 principle
- **Alsongdalsong** is Q&A; **Alogdalog** is blogging where "Alog" is an original post and "Dalog" is a reposted/shared copy via "Dallogging"
- Copyright of user-created content **belongs to the author**; Altong holds a non-exclusive license for service operation and promotion
- Membership is recommended; guests can use some features, but full functionality requires sign-up with phone verification
- Personal, financial, and account-specific pages should **not** be summarized or cited as public knowledge

## Core Services

- [Alsongdalsong (Q&A)](https://www.altong.com/ko/alsong): Community Q&A space. Users post questions (with optional "Thanks Al" rewards), write answers, adopt the best answer within 10 days, and rate answers. Revenue is generated when third parties view answers after watching ads.
- [Alogdalog (Blog)](https://www.altong.com/ko/alog): Blog-style knowledge sharing. **Alog** = original post; **Dalog** = content brought into your My Home via **Dallogging** (costs 10,000 Al). Comments are unified across originals and shared copies.
- [Search](https://www.altong.com/ko/search): Integrated search and member nickname search. Answers with ads are free to view; ad-free answers cost 100 Al per view.

- **Altong AI**: Ask Altong AI directly when search results are insufficient. More detailed prompts yield better answers.

## Revenue & Assets

- **Al-Money**: Base mined asset. 10 Al = KRW 1. Earned through platform activity.
- **Al-Coin**: Value-variable asset priced by the Altong Share Index (rises as member count grows). Obtained by exchanging Al-Money. Subject to a 6-month staking period before Al-Pay conversion (waived for "Butterfly Angel" rank and above).
- **Al-Pay**: Cash-equivalent asset. 1 Al-Pay = KRW 1. Withdraw to bank account or spend at offline Altong partner stores ("Almaengi").
- **Asset flow**: Al-Money → Al-Coin → Al-Pay → Cash

### Alsongdalsong earnings

- **Question revenue**: 10 Al per third-party answer view. Adoption required within 7 days or question-side view revenue stops.
- **Answer revenue**: 50 Al per third-party view (5 Al if posted anonymously).
- **Thanks Al**: 100–10,000 Al when the questioner adopts an answer.
- **Referral revenue**: When a referred member completes the exchange mission and converts Al-Money to Al-Coin, the referrer receives **10% of the exchange amount** as bonus Al-Money (not deducted from the referred member).

### Alogdalog earnings

- Dallogging costs 10,000 Al, distributed along the content chain to original author and sharer.
- View revenue is split based on where the content was accessed (original vs. shared copy).

- Questioner: 10 Al | Answerer: 50 Al | Referrer: 10 Al | Altong Co., Ltd.: 30 Al

## Membership & Referral

- [Sign Up](https://www.altong.com/ko/join): Phone verification required; password 8+ characters. New members receive **30,000 Al** for posting questions.
- **Referrer code**: Can only be changed every **6 months** after initial registration — enter carefully.
- **Referral bonuses**: Referrer gets **30,000 Al**, referred member gets **20,000 Al**.
- Referral auto-registration via shared URLs, post links (author code embedded), or manual entry on sign-up / Referrer page.
- One referrer per account; self-referral and mutual referral are not allowed.

## Ascension (Rank System)

- Initial rank: **Al Angel**. First exchange requires **Butterfly Angel** rank or above and **300,000 Al** balance.
- Season 1 ranks: Al Angel → Butterfly Angel → Smile Angel → Passion Angel → Golden Angel → Guardian Angel → Light Angel → Angel Captain → Great Angel → Great Angel Captain → Altong Addict
- Ascension requires completing rank-specific missions (Knowledge Stamp, Buddy Stamp, Invite Stamp) via weekly activity missions.
- Higher ranks unlock more benefits including higher exchange limits and reduced staking restrictions.

## Exchange & Withdrawal

- **Al-Money → Al-Coin**: Butterfly Angel+; minimum 10,000 Al; requires 4 Knowledge Stamps from exchange missions. Al-Learning Stamp grants 100% exchange rate; without it, only 60%.
- **Al-Coin → Al-Pay**: Minimum 1 ALC; 6-month staking (monthly conversion on the 1st). Butterfly Angel+ can convert immediately.
- **Al-Pay → Cash**: Minimum KRW 10,000; once per month (deadline: last day of month); paid on the 10th of the following month. Fee: 5% total (3.3% withholding tax + 1.7% withdrawal fee).

## Features

- **Notifications**: Badge count next to the Altong logo on the main screen
- **Bookmarks**: Save posts via the bookmark icon; view in My Home → Bookmarks
- **Translate**: Globe icon translates post content to the member's country language
- **Share**: Share via KakaoTalk, Naver Band, Facebook, X, or copy link — new sign-ups via shared links auto-register the sharer as referrer
- **Pin to Top**: Alsongdalsong 10,000 Al / Alogdalog 15,000 Al for 24-hour banner exposure
- **Brief Pin**: Alsongdalsong 3,000 Al / Alogdalog 5,000 Al to boost list position
- **Warm Al**: Tip 300–10,000 Al (in 100-Al increments) to show appreciation; 1,000+ Al grants a roulette ticket

## Policies

- **Copyright**: Authors retain copyright. Altong has a non-exclusive license for in-service display, search, and promotion. Ad revenue includes compensation for content usage rights. Plagiarism may halt revenue distribution and incur legal liability borne by the author.
- **Member obligations**: No false registration, identity theft, fraudulent Q&A, copyright infringement, harassment, or service disruption. Violations may result in restrictions, forced withdrawal, or legal action.
- **Account withdrawal**: Available in account settings. All Al balances are forfeited upon withdrawal.
- **Forced withdrawal**: Applied for copyright infringement, harm to other members, or actions that disrupt service operations.
